7. IT Services and Client Engagement

● All project timelines, costs, and deliverables will be agreed upon in a written contract with clients.
● Code and product ownership will be as per mutual agreement and reflected in individual contracts.
● Semicolon Innovations reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty and Liability

● We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from training programs or IT solutions unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

● Semicolon Innovations is not liable for any damages resulting from delays, bugs, or third-party services.
